Dana Dabagova is a retail consultant with over ten years of international experience in premium fashion and luxury. She has led stores and full-price and outlet networks across Europe, the UK, the Gulf, Russia and the United States, from store manager to global retail direction.
I started on the shop floor, running a flagship store in Rome. In London I spent six years at an American accessible-luxury brand, growing into responsibility for several stores and programmes across EMEA. Back in Milan I ran the export networks of two Italian brands, up to global retail direction of full price and outlet.
In every role I was responsible for the P&L and the people at once. That is why I never separate the two: a store's numbers are the result of how the team inside it is led.
Since 2021 I have been a certified professional coach, supporting companies and managers in Italy, the UK and abroad on strategy, leadership and team development.
