What data I collect
Only the data you enter in the contact form: name, company, email, phone if you provide it and the text of your message. The site uses no cookies or advertising tools. Visits are counted anonymously and in aggregate, without cookies, with a tool hosted on our own servers in the European Union.
Why I use it
To reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps you asked for.
Cookies and technical data
The site sets no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones, so no consent banner is needed. Like any website, the server records the IP address and time of each request for security reasons: these technical logs are deleted automatically after 52 days.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept for 24 months from the last contact, unless a working relationship begins, and then deleted.
Who receives it
Data arrives by email in a mailbox hosted on servers in the European Union run by the site's technical provider. A notification with the content of the request is also sent through Telegram, which may process data outside the European Union. Data is not passed to any other third party.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and withdraw consent by writing to info@dabagovadana.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
