Retail coaching helps store managers, area managers and directors lead their people better, and therefore their numbers. I have been a certified professional coach since 2021 and work one-to-one or with whole teams, in English, Italian and Russian.

When you need it

  • Your best sellers became store managers and are struggling in the new role.
  • Key people leave, and every exit costs months of results.
  • The group works, but not as a team.
  • A manager has potential and needs a path to prepare for the next step.

What I do

One-to-one coaching

Individual programmes with goals agreed with the person and the company, and regular progress reviews.

Group coaching

Sessions with store or area teams on communication, feedback, handling pressure and working together.

Roles and development plans

I define roles and responsibilities with the company and build growth plans people can see and follow.

Attracting and keeping talent

I work on what makes people stay: personal goals aligned with the company's, clear paths, recognition.

How it is measured

Every programme starts from measurable goals and ends with a review. Where possible we link them to the store's numbers.

Indicators

  • Individual goals achieved
  • Staff turnover
  • Internal promotions
  • Store or area results

Frequently asked questions

Can coaching be done online?

Yes. One-to-one sessions work well on video. For group programmes I prefer at least one meeting in person, in store or at head office, before continuing online.

What is the difference between training and coaching?

Training passes knowledge and methods to a group. Coaching works with a person or a team on their own goals and obstacles, and helps them find and keep new behaviour. They usually work best together.

How will I know I am making progress?

At the start we set concrete goals and how to measure them. We review them together at regular intervals and, if you wish, with your line manager.
